Police Searching for Suspect Who Stole Woman’s Wallet

Sugar Land, TX – Sugar Land police are looking for a woman seen on surveillance video using a stolen credit card from a woman whose wallet was stolen while shopping at a Sugar Land Whole Foods Market on January 29.

The wallet was stolen out of an unzipped purse in the victim’s shopping cart. Following the theft, the victim’s credit cards were presented at three separate banks in attempts to withdraw cash. The suspect was able to withdraw cash using the stolen credit cards from one location.

The surveillance video from BBVA/Compass Bank in First Colony shows the suspect using the stolen credit card. She is a middle-aged, slender, white female, with straight blonde hair and professionally dressed.

The suspect seen in the video is also being sought in connection with two other similar thefts in Pasadena, Texas, but has not yet been identified.
